Has anybody been to Welford and
Diamantina Lakes lately also the Old Cork Station track to
Winton. Any road information would be appreciated. Travelling end of July or early August with 4Runner and Off Road camper trailer.

Hi Terry,
We where out there a couple of seasons back & loved the area you are going to.
Camped over night at
Diamantina Lakes used the Old Cork Station track then camped at
Bladensburg NP South of
Winton.
We when through Welford NP but it was extremely windy so we camped on the Cooper in the trees near
Windorah.
The landscape North of Diamantina NP is awesome could have spent weeks just in this part of the world.
