What's the easiest/best way to get a decent map onto my OziExplorer?

I want to go from Gloucester to Dilgry area and then south to Maitland area using the moving map

The hema Raster map doesn't include a decent map of the area - can anyone help?

That area is covered pretty well by the Hema Great Inland Way - South map, the 1:250K Natmap, Hema Leichhardt Way - South map, and Hema Central East NSW map...among a host of others.

I was up there just over a month ago and my 1:250 and 1:25 maps were all the detail that was needed. For the most part the Hema maps cover the major tracks and only need the more detailed stuff if the real rough.

250k rasters

Tamworth SH5613.map
Hastings SH5614.map
Newcastle SI5602.map
Singleton SI5601.map

should have more than enough detail for the area ... trust me I grew up in those parts and trailed Barrington area a fair bit ... more than enough detail on those maps

If your a clever cookie - you can calibrate your own maps using Google earth maps as your base --- short of having topo maps - this will be all the info you will need in combination to the maps you already have

You never know - might get my head around that one - between me and two resident yoofs......if I can get them focussed for more than 5 mins
