Just a reminder all of you who are coming to the gathering at Silverton.
There is no fuel available in Silverton.

There are a couple of trips organised, and it will be a good idea to have your tanks topped up in case you want to go on these trips.

There are a few arriving a few days early, so if you are arriving before Sunday, have a look around for familiar faces or the EO badges.

I have also got plenty of fantastic raffle prizes from some very generous sponsors.

cheers

Dave

Not long now Dave :)

Sam is trying to convince me to take a powered site now LOL

We will be there Saturday sometime so will be able to give you a hand in setting up :)

Don't forget to bring some fire wood everyone.

Cheers Kev

Enough for a NRL game I think.

The more the merrier

Hi Joe n Mel n kids,
We are still in Birdsville tonight just out of town at Pelican Point car park/camping area. We leave tomorrow for Innamincka where we will meet Wim to travel south to Silverton.
We spent the last two nights out in the desert-Sunday night on Little Red and Last night on Big Red. So many people were amazed to see the truck up on top.
See you at the gathering - please introduce yourselves.

Will be leaving Sydney Wednesday morning and meeting esarby (Steve) at Nyngan Wednesday night before arriving Silverton Thursday arvo.
Will bring a chain saw and pick up some wood on the way.
Don't need power. ;)

As mentioned in post 87395.
Dave has asked me to do a session on photography, and while I'm a keen amateur can provide a few hints on how I do things. Planning on about a half/hour session, at this stage Monday morning.

Broad interest topics that I'm covering:
General equipment and it's use.
Camera settings.
Post processing.

I'd love your comments on what areas of photography interest you, so I can focus on them.

Proposing to do the loop walk around Silverton in the afternoon for those who want to tag along.

Have a gander at my website and if you have a question on an image let me know?

Looking forward to catching up with everyone.
