Road condition from Aramac to Gregory Development Road

Can someone give me a recent report on the condition of the road from
Aramac in Qld through to
Gregory Development Road (
Clermont - Charters Towers Rd) ----- I know it's all gravel? ----- Thanks --- Rob

G'day Stevo.
We went that way, partly,
Aramac to Lake Dunn then to Lake Galileem missed the turn off to Fleetwood and went over to
Bowen Downs to Torrens Creek. There are a heap of roads in there, I would choose the one travelling past
Lake Buchanan not the one further south near Belyando Crossing.
We towed an off road van. The roads were all basically good, slow in
places but no problem. Lake Galilee was interesting, big lake, the camping at Lake Dunn is great, very friendly and top amenities.

Lake Buchanan way ------- intend to stay on a cattle property for a week or 2 a bit south of the lake and then continue through to
Aramac --------- Stevo

Muttaburra has just had 90% of the potholes in the asphalt repaired ,
Bowen Downs rd to Torrens Creek rd easy at 80/100 , Torrens Creek rd , last 30 klm at Torrens Creek end still unsealed and full of bulldust traps , Roo' s in plague numbers ,Emu's large clutches of chicks 8/10.
