I have never hit a roo yet.
I run the Shu Roo whenever I am driving in roo areas.
They do definitely react to the noise as far as I can see, and most of the time they run away from it. You can't count on this reaction all the time tho. If the lead roo crosses the road, the rest may or may not follow, so a bit of care when driving at dusk and dawn is required as
well.
Only a fool depends on any device for total protection, I see them as an aid to be combined with your skills as a responsible and aware driver to help avoid problems.
I didn't buy the Shu-roo it came with the car, but if i was to replace this car I would feel inclined to have one again.
Cheers

Are you talking about your
sedan or off road vehicle?
Surely your Night Rider has it already installed courtesy of universal studios? LOL.Nice southerly coastal fishing trip someday.
