I have noticed that quite a few members are struggling with slow activation/download of posts. I myself have been experiencing the same over the past few days. I am on Bigpond G4 wireless high speed modem. ExplorOz is the only site that I am experiencing this problem. I happens when I try to open a post. Sometimes it happens when I try to open a Blog or other tabs. This has only been happening since David did the big upgrade. I thought I would point this out to you.

Steve,
I have not experienced any problems whatsoever.
My preferred browser is Firefox 7.0 and I have a broadband cable access via Telstra.

Steve,
As suggested in the other slow download thread, David has been away for about a month now and isn't back for another week or so.
We may have to suck it up till he returns :( as i have emailed him directly about it and there is not much he can do from the USA.
Cheers Kev

Baz,
Running at full speed here but I get the odd occasion that it likes to play up, although I have had the same issue with Facebook at times.

Hi Steve,
Thanks very much for your
feedback, as Kev has stated David is away, but is aware of the problem and will look into it when he returns. I've been doing some testing myself, and have not been able to replicate the delays, if possible could you please record a date/time when you experience a pause, as this will help us to identify what may be causing it.
