Mark G is having a birthday, wow, he must be getting old. Before he knows it he will be in an old peoples home and on medication, will be eating pulverized meals and forgetting his name.

can eat the thickest of steak.
can tell WHEN i need to use the
toilet.
NO medication.
life is good :-)
