Seen these at the caravan and
camping show, too many units to take it all in. Are you fitting your own units etc. What was the final damage to the hip pocket
regards
Mike

Sounds like a few people are 'getting a camper for christmas'. Unfortunately we don't pick ours up until January. Certainly looking forward to joining Rox and Martin as happy campers.
Cheers

Well done Rox. You will be very happy as we are with ours. Will be taking ours to the
Kimberley next April. Just one little hint we discovered. Paul put gromets along the side of the awning that attaches to the main tent so that we could put in additional poles and spreaders to keep the awning more rigid (also doubles as a place to hang lights from). Problem was that the pole in the corner that supports the spreader above the open tailgate when placed vertically caused
water to leak through and it dripped onto the kitchen. Problem is that the pole is not perpendicular to the canvas at that point so does not make a seal. We placed the pole betrween the awning and the righthand rear boat rack bracket. Works a treat.
Enjoy.

Hi Mike & Jan this is My 3 camper from Paul (long story, all good) This time we havent put "gromets? eylets in zipper side of awning, he provided at my request pole holders for spredder bars(see Heaslip campers) so I have up pole furtherest from tailgate and spredder as had this problem last time.
Ps great to here from other Down Under Camper owners.
