A plug for great after sales service.
I experienced a problem with my KCI wrench. Although it was 18 months old it was only its 2nd use.
I phoned KCI (
Kangaroo Creek Imports) and spoke to a very helpful fella explaining to him what the problem was.
Without hesitation he arranged for a new replacement to be couriered to me arriving from
Grafton to
Sydney the very next morning.
It's great to see a company standing by its products and warranty.
No affiliation - just a happy customer.

I have also needed to use their good replacement service, unfortunately the replacement wrench has now also decide to die.
When we are travelling in the outback, we need products that are reliable.
I won't be using their products again.
