Hi all,
Travelling up to
Point Quobba in June for a weeks R&R, do you have to book, or do you just take your chances?
This is the
campsite almost adjacent to
the Blowholes out of
Carnarvon, in Western Australia.
Last time we visited
the blowholes the
campsite looked rather packed.
Any advice greatfly accepted.
Regards
Barry H

We were at
Point Quobba a couple of years back, we just rocked up hoping to get a site.
The place was packed, but the lady in charge was very helpful, and pointed us to beyond the no camping beyond this
sign and said just go down and find yourself a spot.
At that time i don't think you could book, don't know the current position.
Cheers
Baz

From my listing
"Quobba

Carnarvon at a sheltered bay with a lovely swimming beach. $5.50 per night per vehicle payable by honesty box. Phone Shire Rangers 0408 942945 to
check if sites are available. No amenities or water. Near
Blowholes."
