Our online mappiong system supports this exact feature. You either upload your gps data or use the driving directions system to add the routes to the map and when you add a comment to a place on the system it is flagged to your profile. Have a look at my profile page - see signature below and click to My Profile. You should also look at some of outr other members profile also see:

equinox and say Mick O as they use the system well.
