Hi All
I am looking at Travelling out to Radium
Hill either later this year or early next year. I am aware that it is on private pastoral lease and I think it is Tikalina Station if I am correct, and we will need there permission. We are looking for what the track conditions are like and if they are suitable for a Jeep and an off road camper trailer.
We will be taking photo's only.

Contact Tikalina for up to date info.I think you dont actually need to ring ahead (but they would probably prefer it) they have a little history sheet that they give you when you call in. I dont think you would have any trouble with said jeep and camper. Cheers Marn

G'day Wilco
I would suggest you contact Tikalina Station - owners name is Andy Treloar and ask permission. I haven't been there for a few years but I do not think it is sign posted from the
homestead to the old town site and there are numerous tracks you could take without finding the right one so best ask ! There used to be a very small museum with some old photos and relics of Radium Hil in one of Andy's sheds - ask if it is still there while getting permission. If he lets you
camp -there are a couple not bad spots down near the creek ( Olary Creek ) which I would imagine will be dry - the creek is not far from the old town site.
Cheers
Gazz

Hi,
Contact
young Andy and you should ok. The tracks should be ok (some creeks could be washed a little) as no rain in area for some time now.
Cheers P&J
