12volt issues - Barcaldine, Longreach, Winton

Hi guys, we are at Jericho, heading west sometime this week and have some issues that we need someone to look at. One fuse keeps blowing, could be a TV causing it. And need our batteries tested. Seeking referral to someone in one of these towns that comes recommended. Not emergency or anything to can wait until we get to the right spot.

I had 12V problems with my Prado last year & had it looked at by Longreach Auto Electrics. They were great - very good service - found the problem quickly & didn't charge very much. Recommended, Willy

I'd be inclined to come onto Longreach, though I think there's an auto sparky in Barcy. Think he's on the right, as you travel on Landsborough H'way towards Blackall. Only 300 or 400 metres south of the Choice roadhouse.

Longreach Auto Electrics are at 17 Pelican St Ph: 07 46581-803. There are no auto sparkies in Winton, I'm afraid.
