Hi all, we are on our way around Oz and wanted to spend some time on a station, can anyone recommend any good station stays in north, north west or even central Queensland. Any tips greatly appreciated.

you could try
Queensland Holidays for some in south west Qld, or if you go to Google there are heaps of options.
If you've got an idea where you're ging you will find a few choices.

I've heard
Carisbrooke station outside of
Longreach is good, he haven't had a chance to
check it out ourselves yet but have had good reports.
