Bungarra posted this question back in 2009 and I was hoping for an update. I am guessing there would be new models available since then
I am interested in stuff like the VMS unit or ones you buy on eBay. I have an open mind.

Look up seller A-Sure on eBay. There are a number of Guys on the Hilux
forum with these units and they are happy with them

I ended up with a Kenwood purchased locally and it works perfectly..........Have never looked since but I am sure there are cheaper versions from China etc now
Obviously the critical thing is Windows CE

How the hell are you and the snags going ?
Does the Kenwood do all the stuff like run Ozie Bluetooth phone and operate the iPod faultlessly etc ect. What sort of money was it ?
