Hi all,
I have 'googled' this to death but to no avail, so with any luck I can get an answer here...
Are there any cruises of the
Darling River out of
Wilcannia these days? Or for that matter anywhere north of
Wentworth? Not sure whether the river is still high enough anyway.
Cheers

I don't remember any going from
Wilcannia (in the last 15 years.) There is one (or is it was) running from
North Bourke. Nothing else I know of between there and
Wentworth.

You could try Malcom Lamshed at
Menindee, I am not sure of his schedule though.

We have just returned from a cruise in
Bourke on the P.V Jandra. It is a one hour tour and the skipper gives a very informative talk on all aspects.
It departs each day for 2 trips, 9 am and 3 pm., except Sunday which is a 2.30 pm trip
It is really worth the money.

Try Bush Safari Co. Not cheap though.

Also Google
Bourke Tourist Office (or Information Office) - the tours out of
Bourke are still be advertised and it is worthwhile doing.

Or, for one out of the box, try Rex Ellis, who has a sternwheeler up there at the moment.
