Sometimes there is a thread with info that I would like to refer to at a later date. Is it possible to 'save' threads somewhere? if so how is it done.
cheers.................jeff

Jeff,
Just click Thread Watch and the thread reference will be retained in your profile until you deselect it.

If you want to save them under different subjects, create bookmarks.

As Sand Man Bill said, use 'Thread Watch' for short term. Sing out if you don't know how to use 'Thread watch'.
If you want to save a thread indefinitely. open the thread, at the top of your screen click on "File" then "Save As" and select where you want to save it..... desktop or a folder that you create for the purpose.
Now those instructions are for Apple Mac but my memory suggests that it is pretty much the same for MS Windows. Those from the "White Side" may offer clarity on that. lol lol. Actually, there is an even simpler way in Mac but I don't want to embarrass Windows disciples!

Of course I have just realised, if you "Save" the thread in the manner I suggested it will only save the postings up to that date. Whereas by using "Thread Watch" it will continue to 'save' as new postings are added.
