Hi all, be aware, in the Weekend Tasmanian a GU ute advertised for sale at $12900 with under 100,000 kms. This bloke is probably doing this Aust wide as he claims the Ute is in the NT and can ship it to anywhere included in the price. Very clever, but definately a Scam.
Cheers, Kanga.

Hi Kanga,

It maybe like my wagon, got a 3.0 Ltr in it and that's probably all it's worth.

I just opened a can of worms !!

Definately a clever ratbag, most of the Scammers don't spend $ on advertising, anyhow, all the best. Kanga.

I saw that.
There was a similar scam in Sydney a couple of weeks ago. A 2006 model 100 Series GXL turbo diesel auto with 78K on it for $35 000 dollars. I emailed him to take him for a ride and same thing, its in NT and he is overseas. I told him to place todays newpaper on the drivers seat take a photo and send it to me so I new it was genuine and after that I was running checks on the vehicle however I haven't heard back from him.
I suppose if it doesn't sound right it probably isn't and buyer beware.

Hi guys
It is a staggering how many people get done by these rip-off merchants.
I was selling our 4WD, and get minimum 3 offers a week. Of cause they were scheme to get it for free. If you can’t go and physically drive it or if you selling and you can’t personally meet a buyer, it is a rip-off.
Would you buy a car you have never seen in flash? ,… I wouldn’t.
Yes, I sold the 4WD. This very nice man come from Brisbane to Sydney for it with his disabled nephew. 2 years later we still keep in touch.
