Karoola was later divided for Frank Baker from the
Harcourt property further south.
Harcourt, which is a selection on the
Tolarno run in 1890 by Ted Baker, included the old Cliffs Hotel, and the Baker family ran the Tartna Point
post office and telephone exchange from the property.
