At The Summit 1770 we have different site options to suit all requirements. We cater for caravans large and small, motorhomes, buses, vans, camper trailers, rooftop tents, plus camping in cars, tents and swags.We have sites with concrete slabs, power and water and plenty of room with no one in front or behind you, and 7 metres between you and your neighbour. We have grass sites, with power and water that can be used for caravans, tents or swags.If you prefer an unpowered site, these are also available, a little further away from the amenities and some levelling may be needed, depending on your setup.The Summit 1770 is a premier, highly pet-friendly 40-acre holiday park and accommodation in Agnes Water, offering sweeping ocean views, custom dog facilities, and peaceful camping sites. Features fenced off-leash dog runs, swimming dams, and on-site doggy day care ($10/hour). Coffee cart and breakfast options open mornings Tuesday through Sunday.Powered tent/big rig sites ($45–$60/night) and unpowered sites ($35/night for two people) available for RVs, big rigs, and tents.Summit Cottages: One-bedroom ocean-view cabins priced around $250 to $290 per night (no children allowed).Summit 270 House: A luxury ranch-style home at the top of the property with 360-degree panoramic views, starting at $495 per night for 2 people up to $1,095 for 6 people.
