The
Alice Springs Desert
Park is a must see attraction, only ten minutes from the centre of
Alice Springs. Picnic areas,
toilets, cafe and gift
shop on site, as are many "audio" guides as you tour the
park. You will have the opportunity to see the different types of desert habitats, as
well as hundreds of different plants and animals that survive in desert climes.
