Browns Creek Campground - NT

Malak Malak Browns Creek Camping Area is managed and maintained by the
local Malak Malak Land Trust.

There are very reasonable fees for camping in this area. Be sure
to get in early to reserve your spot by contacting the Malak Malak Trust.

The very welcoming "Mayor of Browns Creek" will settle you in show you around.

It is located on the pristine banks of the Daly River at the intersection
of the Daly River and Browns Creek. There is the Browns Creek Boat Ramp up
stream for launching and retrieving. Most people moor their boats along the banks of Browns Creek.

There are no facilities and most people have pumps to get the abundant fresh
water from the river. Personal generators are also allowed.

Depending on the wet season access to the area may not be open until April. Contact the Land Trust for further information.
