Don't think so.
There was some discussion on here a few months back, and seems it's closed to Joe Public.

Funny - my fairly current HEMA doesn't show it as a closed track - even indicated you can get juice & repairs at Epenara

Hi Scott
The Kurundi Road between the Stuart Highway and Epenarra is a regular road servicing stations including Epenarra, the
Davenport Range National Park, and is part of the Binns Track.
Epenarra Station store is a
well stocked remote area store, and they do sell fuel. The store has a wide range of goods as it
services the Wutunugurra community.
Epenarra can be telephoned on (08) 8964 1593. Heading north from the station is a private road and should not be entered without permission. The road has been closed to the public since 2007
see this thread. If this decision has been changed, which I very much doubt, a phone call will soon clarify.

Mh, not questioning that - just pointing out that when this is the case HEMA usually marks it with "(private road)" - based on what's in
the desert tracks, I would naturally assume it is a through way.

We went through there about 3 months ago travelling to Canteen Creek. Limited access is allowed with permission. The station road was fantastic and the track at the Barkley end was good.
