David and Michelle, Great to see people trying to avoid issues later [20-40years] in life. Sometimes it takes many years before some ills raise their ugly head , in other cases less time. It took 13 years from exposure[chemical absorbed through the skin] to illness with me , Non Hodgkins Lymphoma resulting in the finish with a bone marrow transplant in 2004.I am now under a naturopath after hair tissue mineral analysis and live blood analysis have had a regime of herbal and vitamin tablets to make up for some fruit and vegatables that are not available fresh in the area that we live. Most of my supplements come from SAFE[www.safe.com.au] , most of my personal products are from Neways[www.neways.com.au].When all the research is looked at there a some standouts--Processed food with most nutrition treated out ,Personal products with all their nasty additives[eg sodium laurel /lauren sulphate] electromagnetic radation from cellphones , towers , electrical appliances , new wireless technoligies are all causing new stresses on our health by disrupting hormonal action and in some cases triggering cancer . There is always a light at the end of the tunnel ,in May 2009 my haematoligist told me that I was cured after 4.5 years not the usual 10 years , it does not mean that I will never have cancer again somewhere else , but now my body at least has a fighting chance to prevent disease and not be looking for a cure.Michelle all the best for the future

Mick certainly sound like a lucky person.
Well done on taking charge. David had a cancer scare (Pseudo-lymphoma) which required galium testing and finally radiotherapy back when he was 30 and actually this is how our life took a turn and we left
Sydney, travelled and camped around Australia for 2 years and finally settled in
Perth and setup ExplorOz.com as we believed the stress of living and working in
Sydney was causing it. David still continued to be unwell however but with different things - such as CMV virus, a sedantry related DVT and that's when he hit 40 and decided to start exercising. A bit of bike riding, then some racing, and now 2 years down the track he is a competitive triathlete, ironman marathon and adventure racer. I think we could probably help matter more by reducing our electronic gadets - agreed but we have made this our livelihood and changing that would be something we aren't quite prepared to do. We do however highly value our
camping trips away from this life and why we do it very basically - swag
camping out in
the desert, and very frugal, simple setup. But
well done to you - your story is inspirational. Best wishes for continuing good health.
