Depending where you want to go exactly, but you can
camp and stay at the following with your dog:
Yulara Caravan Park
Glen Helen HomesteadKings Canyon Resort
Kings Creek Station

we are planning on doing all normal things , Uluru,
kings Canyon, the East and West Macd rangers then
Darwin and across to the west coast.
Our dog sitter can't help us out this time.
Looks like Bluey may have a 5 month trip.
Only a year old, so will be a good experience for him.
Must say he loves the caravan, he really enjoyed 10 days on the Murray,

You maybe able to stay at those
places but can't take animals into the National Parks so you will have to make alternative arrangements for Poochie if you want to visit the parks. Uluru,
Kakadu and
Litchfield to name a few.

Absolutely no chance of taking the dog to Uluru, even if the dog stays in your vehicle. The park rangers at
the entrance were quite rude when we said our dog would stay in the vehicle and not pose a problem.
Re
Kings Canyon, we stayed at the Kings Creek Cattle Station, fabulous place to stay and they put our dog in the run where their stations dogs run. Looked after him for the day and at zero cost. You could not have asked for anything better.
