G'day Gumnut,
I hope you can keep that puddin of yours under control......he certainly let his hair down at Berri LOL.
Did you watch the tv last night....i was channel surfing while on the forum and saw something on one of the channels (2 maybe?) about gum trees overseas.

Good to see ya name back on here Lex/Gummy...

I remember sitting under a tree in a little town in Italy, Roma, we missed the ferry to Yugoslavia, so we found a camping ground setup and were sitting having a coffee fealing so at home when i looked up, and what was sitting under but a Gum tree.

Hi Roachie,
I told puddin to behave himself but with all the empties he brought back I knew he hadn't!!! I hope he didnt disgrace himself too badly and I take no responsibilty for him at all! We watched the programme on chanel 2 about the gum trees last night too.Thats where I picked the name. They are sooooo bootiful and I'm shaped like one - little and round (gumnut - not the tree) I was tossing around with the name magic so together we could be the magic puddin (same shape!) but then I thought puddin might say if I'm magic I should disappear so gumnut it is.
catch you later

So we all read Snugglepot and Cuddlepie and the Magic Puddin' but did anyone else get the follow on book - Prince Dandelion? this one had vegetables in it as well as flowers - all the cabbages were smugglers.
(So this doesn't have anything to do with anything - sounds like all the other Posts).

I didn't know there was a follow up book. I shall get our daughter to check at work for it as she works for Doubleday & can get it super cheap.

Bob & Lex,

Like your new nom-de plumes, made me think of the Magic Pudding too. Am sure Norman would approve too.

Think you'll be a bit closer to us again, on your trip to Broome, only 3hours south of Winton.

Hooroo...
Seen it all, Done it all.
Can't remember most of it.

Some (2 to be exact) of the London-Sydney Marathon people are having (special request) Diamantina Barra (deep fried) for lunch on 28th - caught in the Lake.
You busy mustering?
