Hi All,
A short drive from
Winton QLD leads you to the Bladensburg NP
A place that was a grazing station since the late 1800's became a National Park in 1994.
This was our second visit & we are just as amazed by it's natural beauty, raw landscapes & history.
Except for the temperatures we copped on that day it's a place you should definitely visit if your looking for something else to do when in
Winton
Cheers
Paul & Michelle

Paul, What you were calling a shower at the old
homestead is possibly a laundry and what you are calling a drum looks to me to be the base of a
wash copper. It is missing its copper bowl that sits in the base.

Hi Peter,
Thanks, I welcome comments clarifying these things. There's people out there that would probably know better than me.
Yeah, looking at it could be a laundry & that might explain the copper.
Most of my comments are not rehearsed...... A lot are made on the fly.
Usually I don't like to say anything if I really don't know. There's lots I edit out..LOL
Cheers
Paul
