Got a picture of what a mess the floods in april left on carrawine
gorge. Its about 700 kb, just need someone to let me know how i can post it. From what it was before it is totally baron now!!!!

We have received a whole heap of these pics. I have not had a chance to update this in the trek notes. I will get Juliana to updte this today and post a thread telling you where they are loaded.

Juliana updated the
East Pilbara Diversion Trek Note today and included the pics we were sent of the new look
Carawine Gorge. We've kept the before and after shots - its quite astounding what damage water can do. It will be 30 years until it has a hope of being anything like it was before, if ever in our lifetime. I am so glad I got to experience it pre-Cyclone Fay. I'm interested to get some
feedback on the state of Eel Pool (
Running WAters) if anyway gets there soon too please.
