Hi, Am hoping to head off to
Cameron corner next year with family and dog.
The question is travelling from
Sydney how does one get the dog thru Sturt N/P.
Are you allowed to transit thru or is it a no no
Thanks
Will

Will,
My understanding is that the road is not part of the
park, and is a public road. When I have been there no gates were in place on the roads to Cameron or north to QLD. I am sure you can't
camp in the
park with your dog, but I am sure you can drive thru. Ring them.

I was interested in the same, so I gave the rangers office at
Tibooburra a ring.
If you are going lthrought the
park, no problem. Keep the dog in the car and on a lead for
toilet breaks.
Current advice as of today.

Thanks John, I suppose ringing them was too obvious.
Will make the trip through easier then I suspected at one point.
Thanks again,
Will
