after running around brisbane looking for a camper trailer i got put on to a father son buisness just starting to build camp trailers.i must have looked at every camp trailer manufacturer in Brisbane either by going to their sheds, or seeing them at the camp show and it was refreshing to find somebody who would actually build what you wanted. All the others would have campers errected and you would ask for a price and this was extra, or that was extra, there was no solid price ever given to you or to do extras was too much trouble. To my surprise Jeff and Brendan of JB Camp Craft on the southside of Brisbane were the exception, they did a great job at a good price with nothing being too much trouble. I wish them all the best in their new business and if anybody else would like to contact them their phone number is 3800 1264.

HI Dags666, Good luck buddy with you add for the builders I have tried to tell these forum users of a product that will save THEM at least a litre of fuel for every 100klms they drive and have got shot down ever time. And I am sure this is more important than a camper. A camper COSTS you money whilst a FITCH saves you money but thats the shortfall of unstable thinking well so be it.

Bill S ............... I have deliberately kept right out of the Fitch controversy because of I have no knowledge either way, but to be quite honest your posts of late are both inappropriate & more than annoying. Personally I think you have totally lost the plot & should be banned from this forum.
I am sure that Exploroz will easily find a less annoying advertiser to replace you!

Bill S ..... I can assure you that I don't live in the dark.
I have never made a comment about your product, I really don't know if it's the 8th wonder of the world, or just another snake oil type product.
My earlier comment was that I thought yours to be both inappropriate & ill advised, if you wish to maintain a semblance of credibility here.

G'day Snailbait
You live in the Blue Mtns I assume yet you bought a camper up here in Brisbane - don't they make any down your way? Anyhow please explain why the extra $3000 (like Phil I assume you meant to say $15K and $18K).

I would agree with you 100%..

G'day dags666. More info - is it a hard floor or a soft floor style? Approx cost? Off road capable I assume. What was it that was so special that others couldn't comply? I've found most happy to add or delete as requested and give a price thereon. Mind you I've only visited a few so maybe I was lucky and only selected the "good" ones.

hi all
Yes i had a finger mis q i should have add a extra 0
yes i did buy a camper trailer in Sydney
The camper trailer i purchased is a full off road tent type
it is a basic camper trailer no frills
it is with out a 240 volt connection
it is with out 12 volt system for interior lights
the 12 volt system the co has was not what i wanted
i put IP65 boxes on the side for the 240 volt conection so i could run 240 volt at the Carvan parks we visited
I put A IP65 BOX on the side to house the 12 VOLT conections and a 12 volt battery charger and battery with battery box i did not like the system offered by the supplier
The trailer stand over 6ft when packed as it has a lot of clearance under the axle
I tow with a LAND ROVER Defender2.5 TD5 which with (i am a LAND ROVER NUT ) a CHIP upgrade and Inter coller up grade has with out the trailer increased the speed up our test hill on the F3 near sydney at the top starting at the bottom at 100KS TO AT THE TOP OF THE HILL FROM 97 KS TO 124 KS
BUT BUT BUT KEEPING 11 LTS PER 100 KLS FOR the teck people
the dyno klw went from 50 / 305 nm to 75 klw to 405 nm
we love the camper trailer it has a queen size materess
the tent is 7 ft by 10ft +7ft by 6.5 for the bed it needs no pegs to hold it down two poles hold up the tent the awining is always on the roof of the tent and it has only 2 ropes and 2 pegs to hold up the with 3 poles to hold up the 16 .6 inch long awining
it great
SNAILBAIT because i have a DEFENDER

yes it is an off road trailer with annexs both sides of the trailer with fully fly screened side that can be rolled up seperatly to the outside blinds it cost 8000.00 with also a few other modifications. it was more the attitude of the people selling thier products and nice to see people that would do what the customer wanted ,every one has different opions but ijust thought it would be good to give someone a plug for doing the right thing because i know how hard it is to choose for their are so many brands on the market. thankyou.
