Great service for a change

All to often we read or hear about bad service, well just for a bit of a change I thought I would mention a good service experience I recently had. We [ me and the better half] recently picked up our Tvan from ARB in St. Peters in Sydney and the only thing I could say about the service there is amazing. Nothing seemed to be a bother for them they went out of their way to help, to make sure that we the customer were happy. It was literally the best service I have had at any 4x4 outlet ever without doubt. Now I am sure there are many other great dealers out there but I just had to write a little something about this one.
And in case you're wondering no I do not work there, own it or got any financial incentive to write this, just plain old fashion good service.

I to have had a few problems with 4x4 outlets in the past. I live close to the Moorebank ARB and have found that they are the most arrogant people that I have ever dealt with. All I wanted was some info on their DBS and a cost for the installation. All I got was here a brochure and a price list. The price list states that you need to speak with them for the costs related to the DBS for my vehicle. When I then asked for a cost he couldn't give me a straight answer first it was $XXXX, then add this then that so in the end it was about $??????.
In the end I travelled 500km one way and got it done at ARB Tamworth. What a great bunch of blokes, between Phil and Wal the service was excellent. I would have no hesitation in travelling that distance again for them to provide such a great service. Nothing was too much trouble.
No I also don't have any affiliation with them, I'm just p*$$ed that ARB Moorebank could provide adequate customer service.
I even wrote to them as still haven't had a reply and that was 4 months ago.

I'll now get of my soap box.
