I would just like to remind you all to consider joining in with the 49 +their families EO Forumites, who have accepted the invitiation (so far) for this prestigious event for 2007. Go to Members Trips and Gatherings, South Australia for further info.

I have been at Warraweena for the past week and will be here until the 23rd of the month while Stony and Gina and the kids take a break in the Big Smoke. Been feeding the dog, cats and 25 penned Feral Goats. ( Comments from Mrs Al, Bonz and Mike Harding re Goats, will not be answered...LOL)

It has taken a week to get a good line out on 28.8kbs phone line. Almost got withdrawal symptoms.

Anyway, it is nice and peaceful out here, surrounded by wildlife and the summer breezes. It is cool at present, but when the temperature rises, there is the airconditioned homestead and Sky TV...lol

MRF cheesecutters are getting a workout here over the rough tracks.

Cheers

Willem,
Some people have all the luck.
They wouldn't be game to make any reference to goats.
Cheers,
Bros.

I love going to Waraweena and Stony is a champ. Unfortunately I will be on the Gibb River Road about that time heading towards kakadu. One question though, are the feral goats penned for meat?

Hi Barnesy

Yep the goats have been trapped and then penned and I am waiting for the truck to come and load them to the abbatoirs. Goat meat is apparently fetching good prices at the moment.

Cheers
