A plug for great service

I was recently very disappointed when my 9 yr old very well used sleeping bag broke one of its zips.

The bag was a Roman, I called them in Sydney they said post it to this address, five days later delivered to my home, brand new zip free of charge.

Very pleased with the outcome and I felt it was worth a plug. As usual no affiliations etc.
