Here I am sitting down and tapping these puter keys wishing we could attend the National meet up @ Warraweena Station Conservation Park. But that's not to be.

To all those attending I hope you have lottsa fun and every now and then think of us poor ba%#@ds while you are gathered around the campfire enjoying yourself with a FEW drinks.

I have organised a few small get togethers in my time and I know that Willem will have worked his little backside off with the emails, phone calls, follow up of those final numbers and those 1,000s of little things that no one else really thinks about. Well done and thanks in advance to Willem and his able organisers, you can sit down soon and relax finally.

Thanks for reminding me Pete,

I am able to get the time off, I have been off work on sick leave since the middle of March and wont be back until late October at the earliest.
If only I could stand sitting in the car for more than half an hour.

But too all those going have a great time and make sure that lots of photos are taken for those of us that were stuck at home.

Cheers Kev

Rock Crawler

I don't care what you try out as long as a particular person in your party brings along a chitload of Galaktoboureko.

I don't mind it cold. (LOL)

Hey Mr Rockcrawler,
All recovered from the weekend???
I just noticed "topic search" lacks a "way cool kickin subs" section and "doof doof for beginners" section.
You should write it up sometime!!!
When do we get a look at this machine?
suppose you wouldn't want it to get wet!!!

No, not really. Haven't worked all that hard. Just a few posts here on EO. A bit of organsing and knowing any number of good people willing to contribute.

The Gathering will receive visitors from 4th July and we are having a shindig on Saturday 7th July ' 0707070' catchy number, eh? Sausage sizzle at 6 and at 7 till late a, bush band, have offered to play till they drop...lol We have to supply beers for the band. We will also ask for a gold coin donation for the entertainment. The donation will be for Rural Education Projects.

Cheers

Willem,

I originally had my name down to attend, but had to pull out as I can't get the time off of work on the Friday and Monday to make the trip worthwhile.
(Bloody new System Implementations)

Dissapointed of course as I was looking forward to catching up with those I know, as well as meeting many new people.

I'm sure everyone's going will have a great time and really wish I could have been there. BUGGA!
