REDARC - Some positive feedback - Refer also to ThreadID: 81026

In ThreadID: 81026 I posted a question asking for advice regarding my Auxiliary battery setup.

I also wrote an email to Redarc via their web site as my isolator is a Redarc. I'd say I wrote to them at around 10:00am. At 11:30 I got a call from someone in Sydney representing Redarc following up with me about my problem and proceeded to give me some advice on what the problem may be and what I could do to fix it. I cannot recall the blokes name but he was very helpful.

Now, I don't know about others, but I'm pretty impressed with that sort of follow up on a Sunday so I'd just like to give them a wrap. They get full marks from me for after market service and commitment.Well done!
