Who said they had to use only emails? ;) A good OP would monitor their own post and wait for the answer. They can then establish any communications channels deemed necessary.

he isnt a member so MM isnt possible and he didnt leave an email address, and all I was trying to do was point that out so that he can reply with an addy louie to see

forum was 10 Oct 2009, so I think maybe Louie has buzzed off. LOL
He was not a member so no convenient way to track him.

Back in the early 70's a mate of
mine, a cartoonist, named Brendan Akhurst, a NSW
Police Diver was the original cartoonist who did the comic strip "Louie the fly"... it was in some of the motoring mags... anyone remember it? just fyi lol

thanks all for yu input_searching for louie.I had my own idea and the design turned out the same as louies. i can go ahead with it now once again thank you for your help.Al.

Cheers Dunworkin. I've been preoccupied with other things for quite a while now. Still have our 4x4, but we're thinking about selling it as our "needs" have changed. I visit the site every now & then, but I don't post any more coz we don't travel now. Last trip was to Little Dip CP in April 2009. Since then, I just drive it to work!

OK, that quite often happens, our needs change from time to time, we got out 4x4 just before we retired but when we are too old to go out to the
places required by the 4wd we will be using the car again.
