G/day All, Wer'e at
Normanton,left
home on the N.S.W.far north coast on Tue 3rd, had an uneventful drive on the black top to here, with a couple of cold frosty nights around
Roma,
Tambo. Road condions are only fair from about
Dalby through
Roma,
Augathella,
Tambo and
Kynuna. While all are sealed roads there has been much damage from flooding and in many
places the edges are broken and there are sunken areas aplenty. There is also a lot of roadwork going on, with delays at most sites.
Fuel prices as follows.
Toowoomba: P 1.39.9 D 1.43.9
Augathella: Petrol 1.46.9 Diesel 1.49.9
Winton: Petrol 1.52.9 Diesel 1.51.9
Julia Creek: Petrol 1.68.9 Diesel 1.68.9
Normanton: Petrol & Diesel both 1.70.0 ltr
Meet up with fellow travellers today and head off along the
Savannah Way.
Next update when next phone service available,
Cheers Trev K.

King Trev,
Good to hear all is going
well.
The Central West QLD trip went
well, I also did another trip to
St George to get some more firewood which should do us for the winter now LOL
Cheers Kev
