Bullita Stockyards are part of the historic
Bullita Homestead precinct in Judbarra /
Gregory National Park and provide a
well-preserved reminder of the region’s pastoral history.Built in the 1950s, the yards were constructed using local lancewood and bloodwood timbers and continue to be maintained using these traditional materials. They formed part of the cattle-handling facilities at Bullita, which operated as an outstation in the

Water Security)Visitors can walk through the stockyards and explore the nearby
Bullita Homestead and associated buildings, including the meat house, generator shed,
windmill and
tank stand. Interpretive displays at the
