Located in the Walls of Jerusalem National
Park at the southern end of Moses
Creek Track, south of Lake Meston on the shores of
Junction Lake. This hut is often used by hikers completing the 6 day circuit track. There are scattered tent sites near the hut plus a main
campsite about 250m NW of the hut, on a low rise where the Moses Ck track joins the pads around the southern lakeshore.
Junction Lake Hut built was in 1969 using local pencil pines. See website link for details of the hut's construction and preservation works.
