Wild Dog Creek Camp & Toilets - TAS

Nestled at the base of the spectacular King Davids Peak, Wild Dog Creek Campsite has extensive views across to the west talking in Cradle Mountain National Park and Clumner Bluff. This campsite provides wonderful sunset opportunities. The site can accommodate 19 double-person tents on raised platforms set amongst the alpine vegetation. The platforms vary in size and are spread over three levels, connected by a series of boardwalks and stone walkways.Toilets: Wild Dog Creek also provides full capture toilet facilities. Please do not deposit rubbish in the toilet and carry out any sanitary pads, tampons, and condoms.Water: Running water is available at each of the three levels of platforms. As the water is fed from the nearby Wild Dog Creek, it is untreated and may be unavailable at times due to environmental conditions (eg. dry periods, frozen water pipes). ?Please do not wash dishes in or near waterways.?Walls of Jerusalem Trailhead to Wild Dog Creek – 6.5km3 hours hike from trailhead/carpark to Wild Dog Creek. Three-tiered areas of camping platforms and toilets are provided here. The toilets are located on the third and highest tier.
