My Home panel, style change to make panel longer, adjustments to email class and maillist database.
Tool Tips: The jQuery qtip2 library was not working correctly in IE 9 & 10. There was a nightly update so I installed this. Needed to rebuild the qtip2 style sheets in jQuery_PlugIns.css to support the latest version. All tested and working in all supported browsers.

Shop: Issue in cart when
membership awarded (free or renewal) could show qty 2 instead of 1 during cart display - would convert to 1 when order recorded. The incorrect qty could also show an incorrect calculation with the promo discount.
