ExplorOz Traveller: Map Licence Problems

Check your User Account to ensure you have the 2019 licence (green tick). If you have purchased the licence but it is not appearing in the User Account then there has been a purchasing error with your account and the licence has not linked to the User Account you are using within the app. To check this, look at the User ID in your User Account - then log into the ExplorOz website - open the Home Page of the website and under the video promo you will see MY APP CONTROL PANEL - this will verify the licences that linked to the account you are using on the website

If you have a mismatch, please click Account in the top right of the website, and you will see MY ACCOUNT STATS - this shows your User ID.

If you have a mismatch, please send an email to traveller@exploroz.com quoting the two mismatched User IDs and your preferred account. Please do not expect a response after hours or on weekends.
